At the beginning of each calendar year, our congregations take time to reflect on the ministry of the previous year and plan for our future. At the last meeting of the Official Board it was decided that the Congregational Annual Meetings will be held as follows:
St. Peter’s Bay United: Sunday, February 4th following a 2:00 pm Worship Service
Peter Gordon Memorial: Sunday, February 4th following the regular 10:00 am Worship Service
St. John’s, Mt Stewart: Sunday, February 11th following the regular 11:30 am Worship Service
The Pastoral Charge Annual Congregational Meeting is scheduled to be held in Morell at 7:00 pm on February 19th.
We are hopeful that ‘The Annual Report' will be available for circulation no later than January 28th. To accomplish this all those preparing individual reports are requested to submit these to Deanna or forward them to office@ourchurchhome.ca as soon as possible, but please no later than January 21st.
